On a daily basis, companies engage the services of S.A.W., Inc. and CCBDD to help them fill an entry level employment need. We work closely with businesses to learn what the job entails and equally as close with our employees to make sure the best fit exists… matching our employee's interests with the company's needs.

Although the company hires the S.A.W., Inc. employee, we will provide all the training necessary courtesy of a job coach from CCBDD. Our interest is the same as yours, ensuring that your new employee succeeds and your expectations are met. Once training is completed, the job coach fades from the employment site, always ready to return however to re-train if the job duties change. There is no cost to the employer for the job coach.
