S.A.W. has dozens of employees who work on custodial maintenance crews each day. Their charge is to vacuum carpets, sweep floors, dust furniture and desks, and polish floors at more than 20 places of business in the Cleveland area. As a result, company employees have a safe and clean environment in which to work.

S.A.W., Inc. works with the Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities for staffing. Each crew has about 8 employees with disabilities and one supervisor. The crews maintain more than 500,000 square feet of space on a weekly basis. Some companies desire a daily service where others prefer a daytime visit once a week.
